What's New in Engaggit 1.3.0

September 15, 2026

One headline feature this time — and a couple of under-the-hood improvements that make scanning more reliable.

Export to CSV and JSON

Your feed and history are now exportable. Click the menu in the feed header or the history actions tab, hover over Export, and choose:

Format Best For
CSV Spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets), data analysis, CRM imports
JSON Custom dashboards, API integrations, programmatic processing

The export respects your current filters — if you've filtered by sentiment, interest, or action type, only those posts are included. The file is saved to your Downloads folder with a timestamped name (e.g., feed-2026-09-15.csv).

What's included in the export:

Field Description
Title, URL, Subreddit, Score The Reddit post details
Body Full post content
Interest Name, Score, Sentiment How Engaggit's AI evaluated it
Reason Why the AI matched the post
Draft The AI-generated reply (if one was created)
Matching Keywords Which keywords triggered the match
Action Type, Timestamp Your triage action (bookmarked, resolved, dismissed)

This is useful for running your own analysis in a spreadsheet, importing matches into a CRM, building custom reports, or just keeping a local backup of your lead pipeline.

More Reliable Browser Scraping

If you've ever seen a scan fail with a transient "Failed to fetch" error during browser-based Reddit access, that's now handled automatically. Engaggit will wait few seconds and retry once before giving up — enough to survive temporary network hiccups without you having to re-run the scan manually.
