1. General Provisions

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "Licensee") and "ImStocker" LLC ("Licensor", "we", "us", or "our")

Please read this Agreement carefully before installing or using the Engaggit software ("Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.

If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with these terms, do not install or use the Software.

The terms of this Agreement also apply to any updates, supplements, and support services for the Software, unless other terms accompany those items upon delivery, in which case those terms apply.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with all terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Licensor hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use the Software on your devices solely for your personal or internal business purposes.

You are permitted to install and use the Software on devices under your control (e.g., a PC, laptop, or tablet). You are responsible for ensuring that your device meets the minimum system requirements of the Software.

You are not permitted to:

• Edit, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the Software;
• Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software;
• Reproduce, copy, distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or resell the Software for any commercial purpose;
• Allow any third party to use the Software on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party;
• Use the Software in any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law;
• Use the Software for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose.
• Use the Software for any purpose that the Licensor considers a breach of this EULA

3. Acceptable Use — Reddit Compliance

The Software interfaces with Reddit, Inc. ("Reddit"). By using the Software, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for complying with Reddit's User Agreement, Reddit's Data API Terms, and all other applicable Reddit policies;
• You shall not use the Software to: (a) harass, stalk, threaten, or doxx any individual; (b) engage in vote manipulation, astroturfing, or any activity that artificially influences Reddit's ranking or recommendation algorithms; (c) circumvent Reddit's security systems, rate limits, or access restrictions; (d) scrape or collect Reddit data for the purpose of creating competing datasets or reselling Reddit content to third parties;
• Engaggit is an independent tool and is not sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with Reddit, Inc.

The Licensor reserves the right to terminate your license immediately if we reasonably believe you are violating Reddit's terms or this Section 3.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

THE LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ALL DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

YOU ASSUME ALL RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE SELECTION OF THE SOFTWARE TO ACHIEVE YOUR INTENDED RESULTS AND FOR THE INSTALLATION, USE, AND RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE SOFTWARE.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR OR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF THE LICENSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE SOFTWARE EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR THE SOFTWARE.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective from the date you first install or use the Software and shall continue until terminated.

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the Software and destroying all copies in your possession.

This Agreement will terminate immediately and automatically, without notice, if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, the license granted herein will immediately terminate, and you agree to cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

The provisions that by their nature continue and survive (including Sections 4, 5, 7, and 8) will survive any termination of this Agreement.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts at the location of the Licensor

8. General Provisions

8.1. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Licensor regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

8.2. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

8.3. Waiver

No failure or delay by the Licensor in exercising any right under this Agreement shall constitute a waiver of that right.

8.4. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer this Agreement or any rights or obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of the Licensor. The Licensor may assign this Agreement without restriction.
