Managing History

The History page lets you review past scans and posts you have already actioned. Access it via the History tab in the header.

Tabs

Actions Tab

Shows all posts you have bookmarked, resolved, or dismissed. This is useful for:

  • Revisiting posts you bookmarked earlier
  • Reviewing resolved items
  • Restoring accidentally dismissed posts

Scans Tab

Shows a log of all past scans with details:

  • Scan timestamp — when the scan ran
  • Status — completed, failed, or partial
  • Post count — how many new matches were found
  • Errors — any issues encountered during the scan

Click on a scan to view the specific posts it found.

Actions in Detail

Bookmarking

Bookmarked posts are saved for later reference. Use this for posts where you want to:

  • Draft a response later
  • Share with a team member
  • Track for follow-up

Resolving

Resolving a post marks it as "done" — you have already engaged with it on Reddit, or it no longer needs attention.

Dismissing

Dismissing a post removes it from your active feed. Use this for false positives — posts the AI matched but that are not actually relevant.

Restoring Posts

From the Actions tab, you can undo any action:

  • Click the restore icon on a bookmarked, resolved, or dismissed post
  • The post returns to the active feed with its original match data intact

TIP

Past scan data is preserved in the database, so you can always go back and review what Engaggit found, even from scans that happened weeks ago.
